About Bell Legal Services

Mr. Bell grew up in the construction and real estate business. He learned it from the bottom up. He has over 34 years of experience helping developers, owners and managers of properties with their legal needs. He brings a practical, "hands-on" approach to the table. It is our goal to meet the practical needs of our clients, without sacrificing th legal protections that they expect.

Over the years, we have represented a large number of developers: Some of them large corporations, such as Mariott's Senior Living Services, and several large apartment and office developers. At the same time, many of our best clients are "mom and pop" shops with only a few properties. We have assisted clients using all types of finaincing and equity structures. We see our job as facilitators, working along side our clients to find creative solutions to problems.
